Standard rate: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 7 days before confirmed arrival date on low and middle season and 21 days during high season (21/07-20/08. Any cancellation made within 7 or 21 accordingly days before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay. Non Refundable: The total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation, modification or non show.
Guarantee Policy
A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and depending of the lenght of the reservation, a 30% of the entire amount of stay.
